PRECISION CNC MILLING AND TURNING - EDM (wire)
  • In total we have 25 machines, the majority of which are CNC controlled.
  • Milling capability extends to both vertical and horizontal machines.
  • CNC sliding head with bar feed.
  • CUT20 wire eroder for high precision components.
  • Turning capability includes a 4m between centres lathe with 470mm swing over the cross slide.

FABRICATION,WELDING AND FINISHING
  • Large scale fabrications of up to 25m in length, in varying materials, are within our capability.
  • Finishing processes include shot blasting and spray painting.

ELECTROMECHANICAL ASSEMBLY AND TEST
  • Increasingly our customers are requesting that we provide the complete Manufacturing Solution.

DYNAMIC WATER JET CUTTING®
  • Water is pressurised to 60,000 psi and forced through a diamond or sapphire orifice ranging from 0.1 – 0.25mm. The result is an extremely fine bead of water which will cut through almost any material.
  • The cut is clean and accurate. The dynamic head provides a straight square edge to the finished profile.
