Water Jet Cutting Technology
Water is pressurised to 60,000 psi and forced through a diamond or sapphire orifice.
The result is an extremely fine bead of water which will cut through any soft material such as foam, rubber, plastic, glass fibre, etc.


Abrasive Water Jet Cutting
A sharp mineral ‘Garnet’can be introduced into the water stream and focussed to give a 1mm diameter beam.
Almost any material can be profiled without heat stressing or deformation of the material. These include steel, aluminium, titanium, stainless steel and ceramics.
