Maximising their development is a key business strategy.

2010 training plans include:
  • Engineering apprenticeships - years 1 and 2
  • 14 to 16 year old PEO students
  • Coded welding
  • Multi axis milling

  • Electrical product wiring


A Solution that we are renowned for is apprenticeship training. We have been doing this for 11 years, latterly on our own premises.

Some of our own apprentices are now key employees in key positions. (see the articles below)

Completion of Apprenticeship - June 2008

We are very pleased to advise that Adam Wheatley and Craig Birch have completed their Adavnced Modern Apprenticeship. They can be seen receiving their certificates from Richard Bridgman ( Warren Services Chairman) and Alan Mann ( WST). Adam is now deeply involved in the manufacture of the companies fire suppression products whilst Craig is programming, setting and operating the companies CNC lathes.

Martyn Completes his Apprenticeship - April 2009


We are very pleased to advise that Martyn Bell has completed his Adavnced Modern Apprenticeship. He received his certificates from Richard Bridgman ( Warren Services Chairman) and Alan Mann ( WST).
Martyn will now use his skills in the fabrication and assembly areas of the company.
