 Warren Services Apprenticeship Package

Warren Services takes great pride in its apprenticeship programme.
All apprentices are trained to a minimum of Advanced Apprenticeship level 3, with the opportunity to progress to Higher Apprenticeship degree level 6.
We also provide work experience placement for potential apprentices & graduates.
All our apprentices receive the following benefits:

  •   Travel assistance on day release to our desired training provider
  •   Company sick pay after completion of one year’s service.  
  •   Company pension scheme after 3 months service. 
  •   Monthly apprenticeship meetings
  •   Dedicated mentor support 
  •   Overtime paid at time and a half over 40 hour’s per week.   
  •   All personal protective equipment.  
  •   Managed apprenticeship by The Sector Skills Council for Science,     Engineering,Manufacturing Technologies Association SEMTA or JTL, Joint Training Limited.   
  • Close monitoring on training and career progression within the work place.

We also have a structured salary progression based on 40 hour’s per week on successful completion of a training college year.

Warren Services Apprenticeship hourly wage structure as follows:

          ·  Initial Starter rate £3.50

          ·  First year Apprenticeship sign up rate £4.00

          ·  Second year rate £5.00

          ·  Third year rate £6.25

          ·  Forth year rate £7.50

          ·  Minimum completion rate £8.50

New potential apprentices will need minimum “C” grade GCSE’s in English, Maths & ICT.
