Warren Services Ltd (WSL) is committed to maintaining the highest standards of ethics and integrity and to conducting our business legally, responsibly, ethically, honestly, and fairly. We take a zero-tolerance approach to legal and ethical misconduct, and are committed to acting professionally, fairly and with integrity in all our business dealings and relationships, wherever we operate.
WSL is committed to complying with all applicable sanction laws and regulations of the United Kingdom and those in the jurisdictions in which we operate.
In view of the EU-sanctions currently in force against Russia, we endeavour to ensure our supply chain complies with the provisions of The Russia (Sanctions) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 (as amended from time to time) and Regulation (EU) 833/2014 (as amended from time to time), and that all material and products sold and delivered to WSL comply fully with these regulations and specifically do not contain any iron or steel products originating in Russia. There are no Russian entities within WSL’s corporate structure. WSL has no known affiliations with Russian entities or individuals on any of the UK, EU or US sanctions lists, or with any Russian banks.
WSL interrogates it’s supply chain to ensure the same and, to the best of our knowledge, no company in our supply chain has affiliations with Russian entities or individuals on any of the UK, EU or US sanctions list and/or Russian Politically Exposed Persons. WSL does not knowingly supply goods/services originating from Russia, Ukraine or any of their disputed territories. In addition, we further probe our suppliers on Conflict Minerals, business and financial ethics, and policies and procedures.
