Creating a sustainable future.
Creating a sustainable future.
Protecting the planet is not just an urgent environmental necessity. Nor is it just our moral responsibility – though it’s certainly that if you are concerned for the next generation. It is a business imperative and a great way of attracting talented young people with a passion for the future.
Developing sustainable processes and reducing inputs makes us more competitive, which is good for Warren and our customers. That’s why we will be Net Carbon Neutral (Scope 1 and 2) by the end of 2023. We will achieve this by using energy efficient systems, recycling materials, insulating our buildings, using EVs and generating our own power.

Creating opportunities for innovation.
As well as developing sustainable processes, we can help you develop sustainable products. Our rapid prototyping service is a cost-effective way for you to test ideas. Our Making it Makeable service helps you develop efficient designs for fully functioning machines.
Rising demand for sustainable products has already led to Warren working on prototypes for EV Charging, Carbon Capture, and lightweight vehicles. We have also invested in the skills necessary to support our region’s fast growing offshore and onshore renewable energy industry. We demonstrated this in 2021 by completing the ORE Catapult’s Fit 4 Offshore Renewables (F4OR) supply chain programme.
If you are interested in developing new sustainable technologies and machines, please talk to us about how we can support you.
We recognise our responsibility for reducing the impact of our work on the environment. We are committed to reducing waste and emissions, and to using renewable energy in all our operations where possible. To demonstrate our commitment to environmental best practice, we have achieved ISO 14001:2015 accreditation for our Environmental Management systems.
