We can build machines for you, based on your designs and prototypes, that give you a competitive edge.
Warren’s engineers can deliver the complete project for you.
Every client is different. To discuss your specific challenges, please contact us today.
Meanwhile, here are three ways Warren’s team can help you:
We can build machines for you, based on your designs and prototypes, that give you a competitive edge.
Our Design for Manufacturing (DfM) team can optimise your prototypes and older models for modern production methods and sustainability.
We can turn your innovative designs into prototypes for testing to industry standards.
We bring 30+ years’ experience to every project. Our insights gained from previous work often enable us to unlock engineering challenges for other clients. The earlier we engage with your designers and engineers, the more efficient we can make the manufacturing process.
Our team of 100+ engineers, designers, and technicians stand ready to turn your ideas into reality, fast. We have a range of specialist equipment, including CNC mills and lathes, lasers and waterjets, press brakes, and various advanced finishing capabilities. If necessary, we can source and manage additional capabilities to meet your specific manufacturing needs.
We know the industrial manufacturing market is challenging. Speed, efficiency, safety and reliability are critical success factors. Our aim is to enable you to focus on your core business skills of developing markets and designing machines that delight your customers.
We often get asked about what we do, so our Managing Director, Will Bridgman filmed this video, to give an insight of how things run here at Warren.
We strive for excellence in all that we do and have secured the following important accreditations: ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management systems / ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health and Safety Management / ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management Systems / BS EN 1090-1:2009 + A1:2011 Execution of Steel and Aluminium structures.
Because we work with many clients, we can smooth some of the ups and downs of the economic cycle. By using us for your entire manufacturing process, you gain efficiencies, reduce business risks and improve quality control.
When building complete machines, we often make customised components for clients. However, we can also manage the process of buying-in specialist parts on your behalf. Or you can source them from your preferred suppliers and free issue them to us.
We build machines and architectural structures for international markets that meet CE/UL/CA and new UKCA standards. We can also provide you with a full digital pack to prove compliance and can certify to UKCA and CE standards.
Our digitally connected systems enable you to verify that we have completed every part of a project to your precise specification.
