Charlotte Celebrating 10 years at Warren

We’re delighted to celebrate a special milestone for Charlotte Seymour, who recently marked 10 years with Warren.

Charlotte joined the business in 2016 after leaving university, starting her career with us as an Administrator within the Finance team, reporting to Becky Mason. Her ability and dedication were quickly recognised and within her first year she progressed to become a Planning Administrator before advancing to her current role of Senior Planner in 2019.

During her time in the Orders department, Charlotte has played an important role in supporting and developing others. She has trained several members of the team, many of whom still work within the business today and have progressed into new roles of their own.

Charlotte is widely known across Warren for her impressive analytical skills and problem-solving ability. With a strong grasp of Excel and other analytical tools, she has a talent for working through complex queries and identifying practical solutions. Combined with her decade of experience within the company, it’s no surprise she is highly respected throughout the business.

Outside of work, Charlotte has always had a strong interest in physics and maths. Alongside her full-time role, she has spent several years continuing her studies through home learning, including working towards a maths degree – an impressive commitment.

She also has another passion that many of us benefit from – baking. Over the years Charlotte has brought in a variety of delicious treats for the team, and her Victoria sponge and brownies have become something of a legend in the office.
